SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER
The primary responsibility of this position is to write and implement a well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices that can be viewed in different media device.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3-5 yrs experience in developing software from ground up using Visual Studios C#.
  • Knowledgeable in SDLC.
  • Software documentation disciplined.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

AFTER SALES STAFF
Provides administrative support to the After Sales Team by monitoring and providing the needs of store relative to after sales. He/she is responsible in communicating after sales personnel in stores to ensure that all concerns are addressed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably with Marketing background.

TASKS:

  • SIMS Reports Update:
  • Producing reports for stores who did not update in SIMS.
  • Update SIMS report in coordination with Cost Accounting data.
  • Providing administrative support to After Sales Manager.
  • Monitoring & purchasing and processing in relevant systems.
  • Monitoring and updating of new items and pricing in system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing of items relative to after sales.
  • Creating orders for stores and spare parts related purchases.
  • Monitoring of all stores’ oil and helmet inventory & movement.
  • Collating weekly follow-up reports for After Sales Manager’s review & analysis.
  • All other tasks that may be assigned by his/her Superior.

PURCHASING CLERK
Process all purchase requirements of the different sections or departments of the company, particularly office supplies (stationeries and consumables) and marketing supplies (promotional Items and all printing requirements).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience

TASKS:
1.  Process purchase requirements

  • Issuance of correctly prepared & approved requisitions submitted by various departments from which the request originated.
  • Issuance of requisitions to accredited suppliers and submit to Cash Management Supervisor for purchase order approval.
  • Handle and coordinate the delivery of materials based on the agreed terms and conditions stipulated on the purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with various departments on the performance evaluation of the goods and services rendered by the suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the disbursement personnel on the schedule of payments releases.

2.  Manage purchasing process

  • Establish a database system for suppliers and items purchased
  • Maintain a record of accredited suppliers and items purchased
  • Monitor  inventory and monthly consumption of office and marketing supplies
  • Prepare report and analysis on monthly consumption of office supplies and marketing supplies
  • Prepare recommendation on process improvement based on the report and analysis.

3.       Perform other functions as assigned by superior.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  4. Came from industries like: Auditing Firm/Banks - Commercial Lending Co/Multinational/Large Retailing/Supermarket
