  • Pitch creative concepts, mock ups and discuss ideas to stakeholders

Position Summary:

Responsibilities include increasing the company’s win and client retention probability by defining, implementing, and leading proposal and presentation development processes that align with corporate company goals. Act as focal point of activities involved in the delivery of winning RFXs (RFP, RFI, RFQ) and finalist meetings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead completion of business proposal/bids (RFP, RFI, RFQ): deciphering requests for proposals, creating proposal outlines and schedules, planning and managing proposal process reviews and coordinating input from multiple sources throughout the corporate infrastructure to ensure compliance and timely submission.
  • Lead Repository Management: Lead the development, creation and maintenance of archival system to ensure proper and effective storage and retrieval of proposals, client annual and quarterly review presentations, past performance information, proposal development tools and templates, and market intelligence. Assist with maintaining a library of source material for future use and with the maintenance of the RFP tool and database content.
  • Strong project management/coordination experience with a focus on developing and organizing new and historical data benchmarks of varying complexities under very limited time frames
  • Accountable for components in the proposal management life cycle, including answering and editing questionnaires, and ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met.
  • Analyze complex business solution efforts, working on SOPs, and process reengineering
  • Research and analyze reference materials on industry trends
  • Conduct market study/analysis ensuring industry competitiveness

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Education, Training & Development

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Instructional/information design, business-related field; OR equivalent work experience preferred
  • Clinical Process Outsourcing / Healthcare Insurance experience preferred
  • Prior US Healthcare experience would be preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills along with strong writing and editing skills required
  • Project management skills required; ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines is a must.
  • Exceptional writing and language skills with a focus on proposal writing.
  • Demonstrate skill proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including complex formatting, multiple data formats, and different computer platforms.
  • Experience in design, layout, and production of quality documents to meet customer specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Meet deadlines and should have strong analytical skills to troubleshooting existing problems
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Should have exposure to deal with US and Internal stakeholders
  • Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and stakeholders

Work and Time Requirements

  • Must be able to work with 9-hour shift
  • Variation in work volume and business needs may require extended or flexible working hours
  • Open to domestic and international travel
