Dr. Carmelita Quebengco AFSC, has led a career that many have come to follow with much regard and esteem. The La Sallian community has recognized her many achievements as an educator and an outstanding leader, thereby conferring on her the distinction of an affiliate of the Christian Brothers and Chancellor Emeritus of De La Salle University.
